We can machine any hole with helical processing! 'D-Cut Tool'

Achieves helical machining through special blade tip design, a special tool suitable for mass production of various types.

The D-cut tool accommodates various hole diameters with a single tool through helical machining. It achieves high-speed processing with the optimal cutting edge material. The multi-blade design and unique blade runout adjustment mechanism enable low-resistance machining. By reducing spindle load, it allows for downsizing of the spindle (from conventional roughing equipment #50 to #40!).

Processing the manifold with MC nylon! Helical processing of the RC (PT) threaded section.

Processing the manifold with MC nylon! The RC (PT) threaded section, which tends to produce burrs, is done with a helical approach. Due to the characteristics of the material, we strive to meet requests regarding tolerances and distortions.

At Takimoto Giken Kogyo, we manufacture manifolds using MC nylon! Manifolds for industrial machinery related to automobiles often have relatively simple shapes, but on the other hand, they tend to produce a lot of burrs. Therefore, we address the easily burr-prone RC (PT) threaded areas with helical processing. Typically, using taps for processing can help reduce the amount of burrs produced. Additionally, MC nylon (monomer cast nylon) is commonly used in areas where mechanical strength (impact resistance) is required, and the material itself is readily available, making it versatile for use. [About Our Processing] ■ Machining (Mori Seiki) We use CADCAM to create programs and processing conditions with a sense of speed. *Please provide D data if available. ■ High Quality We strive to meet your requirements as closely as possible regarding the weaknesses of plastic resins, such as tolerances, warping, and burrs. ■ Inspection By conducting inspections, we can reduce the defect rate associated with poor release that is not reflected in numbers, ultimately allowing us to meet your requests. Since our establishment in 1971, we have been operating continuously. Please consult with us! *For more details, please refer to our catalog or feel free to contact us.
